“Augmented Retail” was key focus during Paris Retail Week
From the 12th to the 14th of September, Openfield was present at Paris Retail Week, the most important on and off-line retail event in Europe, on the Microsoft Dynamics stand.
Now in it its 30th year, this exhibition, organized by Equipmag and E-Commerce Paris, has been covering every aspect of the retail sector, both physical and digital. The theme for 2016 was in fact “Augmented Retail”.
Cécile Hullin, Openfield’s Marketing & Consulting Director, led a workshop on digitalizing the point of sales. It was the opportunity to show how to create an augmented customer experience thanks to our Data Factory, our GéoBI™ and CRM solutions. As an illustration, we have shown the customer journey of our emblematic shopper, “Sonia”.
